- 3 lb corned beef
- 4 new/red potatoes cut into small chunks
- 2 onions cut into small chunks
- 4 carrots cut into small chunks
- 4 celery stalks cut into small chunks
- 3 hot peppers of choice cut into thin strips
- 4-5 cloves of garlic mashed and roughly cut
- Season and sear veggies
- Wash fresh herbs: dill, celery greens
- Dried bay leaf
- Add all to slow cooker and cover with Guinness (approx 3 cans)
